A Miken Gem

When Miken Builders sets out on a project, they're not foolin' around.  Settled in a long-time established neighborhood in the Bethany Beach, Delaware area with a view across the bay to die for, the homeowners knew what they wanted and the builders knew how to do it.  Updated, sleek, on-trend design reno with light-filled rooms, backyard views that go on forever, and gobs of entertaining space, ...this house has got it going on.  

Now just a few months later, I sit and look at the artwork and think about the day I walked the property to shoot my photos -- a quite brisk and windy late-winter day, it's a different kind of cold when it's coming off these mid-East Coast waters, t r u s t me.  Today, though, what I imagined then is probably in full swing as we speak.  Sun.  Water.  Bikes.  Kayaks.  Good food, friends, family, warm summer nights and drop-in-to-bed completely & utterly & happily worn out because tomorrow there's more where all that came from and ya' better rest up!

Yes.  I think they did it right.
